The ED Hotel Stay

Great location close to the leidseplein and museum areas. Extremely friendly and very helpful staff. Room was clean and quiet. We did not have breakfast here, so i can't comment on it. Though there are loads of close local amenities such as cafes and restaurants that we used.

Modern hotel in good location

Nice modern hotel in good location. Breakfast wasn’t varied though with not much hot food bar eggs. Room was comfy but small and had a glass door to the toilet where as the only space is the bed in front of it, you can’t avoid seeing things you don’t really want too haha. But overall friendly staff and good service.

Nice hotel, great location

On arrival the staff were welcoming and happy to store our bags in a secure storage until check in time. The room is small but if you are like me and my partner it is not an issue for us, as we spend little time in the room, it is only a base for sleeping and getting ready. Breakfast is nice, a variety of fresh pastries, cereals, yogurts and pancakes! Location was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for, out of the way of the main centre & the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to and from. Leidseplein is a big area with trams that can take you all over the city in a short space of time! My only tip for the visit is check the city tax, we booked through a travel company and thought this was included in the price however when we checked in we were a bit shocked to find out we had a fee of the 5 days city tax.

Perfect hotel for a weekend in Amsterdam

Location was amazing, transport links very nearby. Lots of places to eat & drink nearby the hotel too. It was slightly out of the main hussle and bustle of Amsterdam, which meant a good nights sleep in a quiet atmosphere. The staff couldn’t do enough to help you out and stored our baggage after checkout for us too. Rooms were incredibly clean and kept to a great standard. Beds very comfy. Only thing that was a slight problem for us was that the rooms were very warm at night, but this was easily resolved by cracking the window a little. At all other times, the wonderful heating was very much appreciated.
